Coating Systems Inc. has been applying functional coatings for industries since 1975. We have the necessary equipment to handle and paint fabrications weighing up to 5,000 pounds. We will do the heavy lifting when it comes to your industrial painting needs for everything from engines to just about any industrial automation machine or factory equipment you can imagine. We can coat any metal and rubber product with custom-engineered formulations of wet spray, electrostatic powder coating, fluidized bed powder, or dip-spin coating. Coating Systems strives to create custom formulations to help you reach new milestones, create new products, and to make your existing products last longer.
We work with a number of top-name manufacturers including Arkema, Cerakote, and DuPont. Arkema is recognized for using nylon coatings that provide a protective layer to any metal substrate. Nylon has long been used as a tool coating in order to prevent scratching on assemblies that require a delicate touch. Another manufacturing partner we have a standing business relationship with is DuPont. DuPont came up with MOLYKOTE® which often shows up on engineering specifications where extreme loads require lubrication or breaks in torque on fastening systems. Coating Systems Inc. is certified to apply MOLYKOTE® with both conventional spray equipment and dip-spin equipment. We have the necessary equipment required to cost-effectively bulk coat thousands of pounds daily e.g. a Springtool 16 and three Ronzi 200’s.
